We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail. These shipping methods provide reliable and efficient delivery services.
Orders are shipped one week prior to the date needed, as provided by you. For example, if you place an order for a Friday, it will be shipped on the Friday before that date. This ensures that your items arrive in time for your special occasion.
If you place an order months in advance, please note that it will not be shipped until the week before the date you provide. This allows us to prioritize orders and ensure that each item is freshly prepared and delivered at the right time.
Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur due to customs procedures.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Our handmade products are shipped from Nevada in the United States. it takes two to six business days for the USPS to deliver your package.

Is the shipping free?
At this point, Yoryina Creations doesn’t offer free shipping. The shipping fee depends on your location. You can calculate the costs by checking your Cart page. It allows you to enter your address to see average shipping rates for your ZIP or postal code.
Do you have a physical store? I want to pick up my order.
Yes we have a local pick up order location, at Las Vegas NV.
What are your refund and return policies?
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellations are accepted if the item has not been made. The order will be partially refunded if it has not been made. The TRANSACTION FEE for the order will NOT be refunded as those fees are not refunded by Shopify.
What happens if my order was damaged or lost in transit?
Be sure to contact us right away if you believe your package may be lost or if you receive the wrong item.

At Yoryina Creations, we can create customized designs. We has done that for many customers, who were impressed with the results. What materials do you use?
At Yoryina Creations we use premium cardstsock, glitter cardstock, photo paper for high quality print images, 3D foam tape for a 3D effect on your cake topper or banners and acrylic sticks.
